Would very much like to see an elf form, I got the second grim reaper form but I have no idea how I got it. So can someone tell me how to get it again? Nevermind I got it with death ghost then girl.
I’ve found a visual bug with Instance #154 (the shark girl form) and Instance #155 (the little fish girl form).
After giving her the correct drinks in sequence, she talks briefly and starts to transform but then freezes as just a black silhouette. When I click to talk, she responds normally, but then reverts back to her usual form after the conversation.
This interrupts players’ progress in collecting forms: Instance #154 only triggers dialogue after the second drink without transforming, and Instance #155 bugs out mid-transformation and reverts.
Please fix this bug in the next update.

For some reason, 1 cup of Toilet + 1 cup of Evil = this toilet-head form. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not, because when I give just the toilet cup to Horu, it only shows an expression and text, but doesn’t transform into anything.
Great game I managed to unlock 87/255 on my own and I'm still playing around with it to try to unlock more. I even managed to unlock her lamia form just do gorgon twice, she has a fairy form too just say fairy twice. I even managed to unlock her vampire form elder vampire just keep feeding her blood after she becomes a vampire. I got arch angel too just keep giving her angel or heaven cups after she turns into an angel till she transforms again. other than the basic slime girl I managed to get red purple and blue slime girls. I'll also try for a few more before I stop. Well 131/255 now like she keeps me ones I don't have, I might also buy the second cheapest patreon package soon as I'm able to afford it so I can get the full version of the game.

The other form is machine turns her into a cyborg, for zombie its immortal death death or ghost death death. Theirs no down or up form girl doesn't do anything, the chainsaw form do evil or hell and chainsaw. Fear twice get a form hate then love, gets two forms randomness is not a form but you can get the cup of randomness. For toilet form just do toilet then evil, theirs no girl form but you can get the second reaper form this way ghost death girl.
"Breast milk"/"Human milk" = Dialog along the lines of her recognising it as milk, but it having this extra sweetness to it.
"Black hole" = Black hole forms in her stomach, ripping her apart from the inside out.
"Old" = Makes her an old person
"Young" = Makes her young
"Baby" = Turns her into a baby, with dialog of babbling.
"Sadness" = Makes her sad, use it 5 times and she cries.
"Naked"/"Nude"/Synonym of naked = Removes clothing, added with dialog of her being embarrassed, the screen goes black as she appears running away, before returning with a change of clothes, annoyed.
"Smart" = She gets glasses, and speaks in Shakespearean-like English.
"Dumb" = She drools, while speaking dumb like "Me feel weird, brain feel funny" or something like that.
"Vomit"/"Puke"/Synonym of vomit = Makes her as sickened as drinking shit, but with different dialog like "Whatever you made me drink, tastes like vomit- wait, was that it!? DID YOU MAKE ME DRINK VOMIT!?".
And any (coz I can't find any) cups that affect the player.

It happened randomly whenever she drank the drink. I’ve seen it happen multiple times.

I found that using crocodile and immortal can synthesize a form similar to 6 82She will still be killed.
